Ordering from World Java House is easy.  All you need to do is browse our site and find the products that best fit your lifestyle, then click the "Add to Cart" button.  You may order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may see your order at any time.   All in stock orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days of receipt and you will be acknowledged by email.  Some items may not be in stock and will require a longer shipping time.  If you have questions you can email us at info@worldjavahouse.com  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.   Your order will be processed via pay pal.  For more information, please visit paypal.com. 
Shipping within the US
All orders within the U.S. and Canada are shipped via FedEx.  All in-stock orders are shipped on the next business day from the time of placing your order, unless otherwise arranged.

California residents add 8.25% sales tax before adding shipping cost.

International Shipping
We ship all of our products to the U.S. and Canada only.  We do not process credit cards from outside the U.S. and Canada.  These orders must be paid by bank or postal money order. Canadian residents must pay an extra $10 shipping charge.

Returns and Exchanges
Include the packing slip that you receive with your shipment and indicate the reason for the return on the back.  Please securely wrap the package with complete contents received for shipping.  Contact us via phone or email, and we will arrange to pick up the package.  All items must be returned within 30 days of the date you receive your package.  All items may be exchanged or refunded.
